Dear Koshi,

My heartfelt congratulations to you for producing “The Awakening”
movie. I am proud of your efforts, and appreciate your attempt to
 kindle passion among the young Sindhis to learn about their roots.  

I sincerely hope you will use this as a springboard for your future
endeavors.  You have such a lovely, heartwarming voice. Your song
“Jaag Sindhi Jaag” always touches my heart.

The 30 copies of “The Awakening” DVD that I had ordered from you, I
mailed them to my closest Sindhi friends and relatives as a Diwali
gift last year. Of course, I saved one copy for myself. 

I wanted them all to remember their parents’ endurance during the 1947
partition of India, and the many families that were impacted by the
tragic event. Learning about the trials and tribulations of our forefathers,
our roots, who we are and how far we have come along, provides us
with a sense of identity in our own lives.

All the best, Koshi.  Follow your dreams wherever they may lead.  Many
of us don't have the time, energy or the money to follow our dreams.
Many of our dreams thus remain unfulfilled. You mentioned that this
movie project has long been a burning desire of yours. In that
respect, you have lived one of your dreams. I hope you will fulfill
 many more. Keep that passion ignited.
